In "Alice in Wonderland" we see Alice falling down the supposed rabbit hole, which is caused by gravity pulling her down.

Throughout the "Wonderland" we see plenty optical illusions and/or tricks which confuses Alice's brain heavily.

While not shown, we see a caterpillar, which links to metamorphosis, where a caterpillar would go through a stage of evolution transforming into a cocoon, and then into a butterfly.
Ecosystems
Throughout the book we see plenty different types of animals, showcasing the presence of ecosystems, where groups of the same species of animals live.
Adaptation
We see that the animals in the "Wonderland" can talk which is most likely a form of adaptation, as originally/in real life they can't.
CHEMISTRY
Connecting to drugs and/or medicine, we see size manipulation which is most likely created through a mix of chemicals.
Light
In "Alice in Wonderland" we see that the Cheshire Cat can turn invisible/vanish, which is likely related to light manipulation.
HEAT
When they eat all together, we see the use of a tea kettle, which is related to the manipulation of heat/heat transfer. Heating up the tea to make it hot.
