Health Goal

Healthier Diet
Drink at least 100oz of water per day
Cut my fast food consumption and replace with healthier meals
Cut my soda intake
Replace junk food with fruits
Completely stop consuming energy drinks by May 8th, 2026
Being Active
Go to the gym at least 4 times a week
Take a walk and run around my neighborhood or the park at least 30 min per day (15 minutes walking, 15 minutes running)
Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night to have good energy for the day
Make it a habit to sleep before 12am
Limit phone time at night
Financial Goal
Goal Date: May 8th, 2026
Save money better
Pull $250 from every paycheck into my savings
Do Doordash as a side job and save the money I make there
Stop spending money on car parts
Academic Goal

Better studying habits
Form a small study group with my friends
Not be afraid to seek help from Motlow's tutors
Develop a weekly study routine
Have $50k for a down payment on a house
Be more disciplined with my spending habits
Goal Date: Feb 11th, 2036
Starting now, dedicate 25% of my paychecks towards saving for my house
Work hard and take any opportunities to make more money (overtime, side jobs, etc)
