Critical to Quality
CTQs are the specific measurements or factors that have the biggest impact on whether a customer is satisfied
They are different from critical to customer traits because CTQs are internal things the company tracks to make sure the customer gets what they want
For instance a customer wants comforable pants but the factory measures the exact fabric type and seam length a CTQ to make that happen
