Licensing and appointments are an issue. TVPs can't talk to licensing, must email. Limited resources, high volume of appointments/carriers. HAAS has issues. Simple solutions. Don't allow agents to apply for non-resident appts. Home state only, but others should be gate kept by field and won't go anywhere. Generates questions/confusion w/agent and field, causes additional manual search work for field (multiple carriers, multiple states, trying to find status).
