Six Sigma leader
Process owner
Expert on the process
Manage budgeting and accounting
Three Types of Team Members
Regular
Participate in all activities
Attend all or almost all meetings
Ad hoc
Included when additional information or assistance is required
Resource
only included when they are needed
Tips for Selecting Team Members
Keep team small
Five regular team members is considered a good number
Avoid overload
Regular team members should not be asked to serve on more than one team
