Onboarding
Reports – need ability to download a report for number of contractors currently undergoing vetting and what status they are currently in (and ideally with how long they have been in that status).

We will keep dropdown value and there will be ability to add new one => Skills Matrix Tab -> Data Language. We will give free text but that will be added as a new option not right in dropdown
What if leavers who came back and gained new skills, wouldn't he goes through set of interview and aptitude test
- Would it be possible to show percentage completion based on how many fields in vetting section is completed. SHOULD this be only for Vetting tab or other tab as well like Individual Checks and Limited Company Checks
- Is it possible to timestamp the date of the change of status, for report extraction purposes? Do you mean saving date when status was changed ????
What do it mean, when we say only certain user can input/able to view this info
Need to be able to complete Onboarding tab simultaneously with Deployment Tab. Does it means in terms of priority we need to first complete deployment tab and then Onboarding Tab
