Berries Crepe Pouch
Crepe Skin
Whisk ingredients
Strain the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes
Cook the batter for 10 minutes in the sheets
Cut the loaf into discs with a diameter of 5 cm
Sponge Cake
Whisk egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until thick and pale
Mix in the flour and butter and fold them
Pour the batter in a mould and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
Macerated
Strawberries
Dice some strawberries
Add in sugar and gently stir
Add lemon juice to enhance sour flavor
Set it aside for 10 minutes
Assembly Process
Take a sheet of crepe skin and pipe a circle of whipped cream
Put sponge cake on top of it, a spoonful of macerated strawberries and its syrup, fruit jam, and more whipped cream
Fold the sides of the crepe skin and tie it with a ribbon or string
Garnish the pouch with sliced berries, fruit jam, and chocolate coins
