Comparative adjectives are used to make a comparison between two or more things
After the comparative adjective we use than
For short adjective we only add er after the adjective
Short adjectives ending with e become comparative adding r
For adjectives ending in vowel+consonant we make comparative adding er (big-bigger)
For two-syllable+y adjectives we can delete the y and add ier to make a comparative adjective
For long adjectives we add more before to make a comparative
For squeeze that two people or two things have the same quality we use as+adjective+as
If two people or things dpn't have the same quality we use the same sequence preceded by not
We use superlative to make comparison between three or more things

For the mayority of short superlative we add est
For short adjectives ending with e we add st to make a superlative
For short adjectives ending with vowel+consonant we make a superlative adding est
For teo syllable adjectives ending in y we remove the y and add iest to make a superlative
For long adjectives we use most to make a superlative
Irregular adjectives
Irregular adjectives don't add er or more to make a comparative and they don't add est or most to male superlative
