My idea is to build a "meta-process framework" which is a higher-order procedural architecture for event management.
It acts as the "process behind the process" a reusable, modular library of components. the framework codifies institutional knowledge, enabling rapid assembly and scaling of event plans without starting from scratch each time. By standardising workflows into interchangeable services and enforcing a standard operating environment, it ensures compliance, efficiency and continuous learning across all event instances. Ultimately the MPF streamlines operations and reduces the adminstrative overhead associated with bespoke, single - use event planning.
