        The Concept: Instead of asking staff how they think they plan an event (which is often biased), you use the digital footprints left in project management tools, email timestamps, and registration software.
        
        The Application: You feed these event logs into mining software to visualize the "as-is" process. In the MPF, process mining acts as the audit layer. It identifies where planners are deviating from your "meta-logic," revealing where the framework is too rigid or where "shadow processes" are actually more efficient than your design.
    - - In an MPF, feedback loops are not just "post-mortems"; they are integrated into three distinct stages:
        
        Pre-Event (Predictive Loop): During the planning phase, feedback from vendors or initial marketing data is fed back into the Sourcing Module to adjust budget allocations before the event begins.
        
        Intra-Event (Real-Time Loop): Using IoT sensors or live app engagement data, the framework adjusts the Logistics Module on the fly (e.g., rerouting staff to a crowded hallway).
        
        Post-Event (Architectural Loop): This is where the "meta" part happens. Data from the event instance is used to update the Modular Library. If a specific speaker-onboarding module resulted in 20% fewer errors, that module becomes the new "Gold Standard" for all future events.

        The Analogy: Think of "Catering" or "Registration" as independent apps on a smartphone.
        
        The Benefit: Because they are "services," they communicate through standardized interfaces (APIs). If you decide to switch from "In-person Catering" to "Virtual Meal Vouchers," you simply swap that specific service module. You don’t have to redesign the entire event framework because the other modules (like "Content" or "Marketing") don't care how the catering is done, only that the "Catering Service" has been initiated.
    - - For example in this instance, if 90% of the tickets were sold in the first two hours, the EDA would tell the ticket sales platform to update the sold out signage, and initiate the waitlist protocol and then inform the marketing and finance modules to work on advertising the fact the event is sold out and then advertise the next edition of the event
    - - Originally an IT term for a standardized computer setup, in the MPF, the SOE is the "Baseline Ecosystem" in which an event exists.
        
        The Definition: It is the pre-configured set of tools, legal templates, and security protocols that every event must use.
        
        Why it Matters: Instead of every event manager choosing their own project software or privacy policy, they inherit the Event SOE. This ensures that even if the content of the events is different, the infrastructure is uniform, making it easier to move staff between projects and ensuring total data compliance across the organization.
