common causes

-fluid accumulatio: pericardia effusion, cardiac tamponade
symptoms

-worsems with inspiration, coughing, and swallowing
-worse when supine, relived by sitting and leaning forward
-can radiate to the left side of the neck, shoulder, or back
-pericardia friction rub ( sound, grating, squeaky sound)

2. nasaid, ( high does aspirin) to reduce inflamation
nonmeds
-postion in high folwer, leaning forward

ecg: st segment elvation, pr segment depression
