joint pain: onset, duration & pattern, morning stiffness, swelling, redness & limitation of movement
Fever Details: pattern, duration.
Associative symptoms: rashes, soe throat, muscular, joint pain, weight loss, fatigue, mouth ulcers.
Infection & Exposure: recent mosquito bites, travel, contact with sick persons, recent diarrhoea, or UTI.
Past & Personal: Previous similiar episodes, history of autoimmune disease, rug intake history, family history of join disease.

Examination
General Physical Examination: Temperature, Pulse, BP.
Pallor, jaundice, rash
lymph nodes, signs of dehydration.
Musculorskeletal Examination: Inspect joints for swelling an redness, palpate joint for tenderness and temperature, check movement range.
skin and mucosa: rashes (viral / autoimmune), oral ulcers

other examinations: abdomen for hepetosplenomegaly, chest for signs of infection, neurologicl examination for involuntary movements
