I completed the "Phycology Today" EI test. I scored a 64-83, which means I have high emotional intelligence. I was not surprised by my score.
Emotional intelligence will play a big role in my role as a healthcare professional because it will enable me to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism, resilience, and strong working relationships.
At each of these sites, the interdisciplinary team I would work with as a physician include nurses, PAs, therapists, NPs, etc.
