The small screen is bright and colourful and big screen is dull and blur
Now just dissociate yourself from this situation and think of doing the same thing you want to get rid of
Pick any thing you are scared of doing like going on Stage
Now when ever i say swish, we are going to expand our small screen and keep doing that till it overpowers big screen

Imagine you have photoshop machine which can edit this memory
As you made changes to this picture, you will start feeling less horrible
Mark it between 1-10, how horrible you feel about this, 10 being most horrible
Now i want you to send it away and keep it somewhere far away from you where you can hardly see it
This method is help to dissociate yourself from any negative and disempowering memory
