Clip: The bias lighting will have a clip attached to the lamp so that it can be stuck onto multiple different electronic devices.
Durability: By using a compliance mechanism, it makes the clip very strong and durable.
Lamp: A 3D printed chamber to store the LED lights and can be turned on and off from the outside of the product.

By making the lamp compatible with multiple electronic devices, I eliminate the need of having to buy a bias light for all the devices.

This product appeals to a large age demographic, a lot of people from different age groups suffer from unhealthy habits and eye strain.
Size
The bias light should be compatible with different electronic devices.(tablet, laptop, phones)
Clip size: 25mm
This size fits various different devices. However, It could be to large to smaller devices.
To tackle this issue, I will stick a soft cushioning such as adhesive silicone pads.
The light should be small enough to carry around.
Cost
The 3D printing shouldn't cost a lot, I will use the equipment in school.
There will be extra costs for the LED lights.
Issues/ design opportunties
Teenagers often look at their phones in the dark.
By creating a
bias light
, we can reduce eye strain.
This leads to eye fatigue and can negatively impact their eyesight.
