A believer should not mention all the evil they are aware of, this will demoralize people.
Public mentions for evil has to be limited unless you are the one who is wrong and you have to seek justice.
Ease
Allah (swt) wants ease for you, and wants to forgive you.
Allah (swt) has good will for us, and wants us to succeed.
Allah (swt) set up the shariah so that it would be easy for us. The ease is in the shariah itself. It makes your life easy, and it makes your afterlife easy.
Allah (swt) makes things easy for us in commercial law, what you're allowed to do in a living.
If you stay away from the major sins, then Allah (swt) is going to erase your minor sins and forgive them.
People of the Book
Some of the People of the Book when they were commanded to do something would change the words to mock Islam.
, don't attribute righteousness to themselves, but instead say as far as we know this person is good

Jihaad
Jihaad exposes the Hypocrite. The hypocrites are only concerned about keeping themselves alive in this world.

If the muslims did win they were like, if only we had been there and we could have been in with the victory and got spoils of war.

There are others who want a treaty with you, so they are not hostile. These people have to be kept safe, and they must not be fought.
Those who are pretending they don't want to fight you because they are weak, and once they are strong they will fight against you. You should fight against them because they are hostile to you.

Jihaad takes patience, and suffering but the other side is suffering more because they don’t have Allah (swt) on their side.

Justice with Property
First you pay your debts, if you cant pay from your money your family pays it, and then if they cant do it then the community does it.

Justice
If you are afraid of not being treated fairly, then Allah (swt) will treat you fairly.
Always Stand up for justice even if it is against yourself or your family. The truth is more beloved to us.

The Law

The Law itself is final, but there is ease, exceptions, and flexibility in it.

Commercial Law
Everything is permissible for you to do, except for a few things in buying and selling.
