Choose Format and Frequency: Decide if it will be solo, interview or co-hosted, along with the episode length
Branding: Choose a memorable name, create a concise description and high-resolution cover art

Preparation
Technical Setup: Acquire microphones, headphones and software. Choose a quiet recording location and conduct sound tests.
Intro/Outro Creation: Record the intro, outro and any music transitions to establish a consistent branding.
Guest Management: If Interviewing, identify guests, create a contact process and send them interview outlines to prepare
Select a Host: Choose a podcast hosting service (e.g. Buzzsprout, Podbean) for distrbution.
Scripting/Outlining: Write outlines or full scripts for the first few episodes to ensure a structured flow
Launch and Promotion

Marketing Strategy: Create social media snippets, write show notes and encourage guests to share the episodes.
Submit to Directories: Submit the RSS feed to major platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music.

Creating Audio Files: Export the final edited audio in a high-quality format (WAV or AIFF) and create the final MP3 for upload.
Editing: Remove mistakes, filler words ("um","you know") and long pauses. Add intros, outros and background music.
Recording: Record the audio, following the outline for the episode, ensuring high-quality levels
