- - - - To make the MACC a par excellence and professional anti-corruption agency.
      - To create a corrupt-free Malaysian society based on high spiritual and moral values.
  - - - To concertedly and continuously strengthen integrity and enhance expertise through human resources development programmes.
      - To eradicate corruption, abuse of power and malpractice in Malaysia.
- - - - To check, coordinate and present feedback from the JKKMAR Meeting;
      - To coordinate the preparation and to check the consideration paper/concept paper to be presented in the JKKMAR Meeting;
      - To submit recommendations for the enhancement of governance, integrity and anti-corruption in the Government administration management system from National-level JAR for the consideration and approval of JKKMAR; and
      - To submit any recommendations for the enhancement of governance, integrity and anti-corruption to the responsible Minister for the consideration of the Cabinet through the Director-General of the National Centre of Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption should there be any current issues that require immediate attention and action and/or the JKKMAR Meeting is unable to convene within the stipulated time.
- - - - to conduct research related to the integrity of institutions and that of the community;
      - to organise conferences, seminars and forums;
      - to elicit opinions from various sectors on the progress made or on the obstacles faced in implementing integrity;
      - to publish and circulate printed materials as well as formulating and implementing training and educational programmes;
      - to recommend new policies for the enhancement of integrity and ethics;
      - to advise the Government on strategies and programmes in enhancing integrity.
- - - - 1. To prepare timely audit reports to be submitted to the Parliament/State Assembly.
      - 2. To carry out the audit and to prepare the reports in fair and independent manner.
      - 3. To meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders and auditees.
      - 4. To effectively and efficiently manage audit activities.
      - 5. To be an exemplary Department among developed countries.
- - - - 1. Resolve complaints efficiently, fairly, and effectively as promised in the PCB Client’s Charter;
      - 2. Improve the rate of resolving complaints received from the public;
      - 3. Provide and improve facilities for the public to lodge complaints;
      - 4. Reduce repetitive complaints against the public services;
      - 5. Introduce changes and innovation based on public complaints received;
      - 6. Provide advisory services to agencies in order to improve the effectiveness of public complaints management system;
      - 7. Detect issues than can lead to complaints made by the public; and
      - 8. Obtain public opinion to ensure the success of the Governments’ development programmes.
