Child proofed homes and safe play areas, supervision appropriate to the child’s age
Attachment and Belonging, bonding with parents/ carers. Feeling part of a family or community.
Spending quality time together, active listening and eye contact
Acceptance and Self -Worth, feeling respected, being listened to by others, this will build confidence and self-esteem.
Accepting children for who they are, showing care even when behaviour needs correcting
