Leadership Styles
Leadership:
The process of one person influencing the behaviors and activities of others to fulfill predetermined objectives. It involves interpersonal influence to direct and stimulate positive responses.
Leader:
Someone who guides, controls, and inspires the behavior of their subordinates in a positive way.

Formal Leadership:
Occurs when a manager leads by exercising official authority from their assigned position in the organization.
Informal Leadership:
Arises when a person without formal authority influences others through personal attraction, special skills, or talents.
