How does the problem affect the target audience (13 to 18 year old low income high school students)
The problem prevents the target audience from gaining access to early testing which allows for children to get diagnosed much earlier. This is beneficial when children get treated from an early age the treatment is usually much more effective.
Why does the problem exist
Children from lower income backgrounds are less likely to be tested at an early age which makes early intervention more difficult.

Many times because schools are under too overcrowded parents opt for private tutors or private learning centers which are often very expensive. This effectively prices out underprivileged communities from gaining access to high quality learning support.

The problem is one which impacts people children across the globe, however access to high quality resources in developing countries is much lower than in developed ones.
