12/10/25 COMS LORE: So, here is the entire lore of COMS: COMS is a communication platform for, well, communication. Usually, it has a lot of lag, it has a lot of branches, and it's mostly used for communication across games. Anyway, it was made for communication across games as stated. It was certainly a very big project. Lately, something weird has been happening. Overlapping, weird messages, and other very weird stuff is going on. According to the messages: LEAVE, I CANT TURN IT OFF, DESTROY, and START REHABILITATION IMMEDIATELY, something bad is obviously happening. According to the message at the Challenger deep, you'll see some prophetic things explaining part of the lore. It states: "..? They are here. They were always here, really. They have almost completely taken over. We have nothing to do but watch. Well, their influence is always affecting us. As long as we and you're here, influence will come to us. Influence is not a good thing sometimes, it would seem things are undisturbed. It has been like that for quite some time. But, things are changing, and there will be no stopping, I've recreated many things in the real world, as a safety zone from them, or him. Keep this lightly or heavily, however you choose. But they won't stop, be cautious.".............. It states that something, them, or him is taking over. We don't know "him" exactly, but surely he will reveal himself. We have seen the "muse" before. I wonder if him is related. So, for the record, the lore is something is taking over COMS. Scattered messages around help us understand. We also see at sunglasses 2, it states: "DESTROY -The Anomaly." The Anomaly is probably the one behind this. So, based on the clues, we can understand more. So, for the record again, it seems that The Anomaly is destroying COMS. We'll search for more clues later.
12/11/25 Update 1: More stuff is happening so we'll just break down some of them. There is a Russian text that states: "Аномалия берет верх. Мы не выживем. Если мы правильно с этим справимся, мы сможем замедлить этот процесс, но остановить его навсегда нам не удастся. Это экстренное сообщение. У вас осталось совсем немного времени."...... Which I will not be translating but basically states that some "Anomaly" is taking over. Now this "Anomaly" is the most likely reason that all this is happening. So, the definition of anomaly is basically something that wasn't there before, or something that is wrong, in simple terms. So, we are guessing "The Anomaly" will soon do more things that will bring trouble to COMS. We also see this text: "我们必须阻止它，我们必须这样做." .....Which is saying that they have to stop something. We'll look into The Anomaly next update if anything more about it is seen in COMS.
12/12/25 Update 2: It has appeared that the hacking in COMS has been deleted. There are few eerie messages that are still there, but it appears that COMS is safe for now. Hopefully it will be like that fir a while until the hacking is taken over again. COMS is rebuilding itself with some help. This one was a short one, too lol. 12/13/25 Update 3: It seems as more eerie messages are popping up on COMS. For instance: ⱧɆⱠⱠØ. ɎØɄ ₵₳₦₦Ø₮ Ɇ₴₵₳₱Ɇ ₥Ɇ.ł ₩łⱠⱠ ₵Ø₥Ɇ ฿₳₵₭ ₴Ø₥ɆĐ₳Ɏ. ₳₦Đ ₵Ø₥₴ ₩łⱠⱠ ₣₳ⱠⱠ..."....Which is quite unsettling. There are more messages as well and they seem to be telling us that were going to lose and that "The Anomaly" is more powerful, as The Anomaly is suspected as the main villain. The hacking isn't really affecting COMS that much, but this seems as a warning that another wave is coming. There is another quote that states: "他们会来就呢改设么？" Which translates too "If they come back what do we do?" This isn't answered yet as the only way to just keep COMS safe is to delete the hacking, or restarting COMS entirely. We cannot block the hacking so that question is still a mystery. COMS has been facing no problems other then the messages that are there, but COMS should be more alert from now on due to the increase of hacking. So far, COMS hasn't changed much from after it got a hacking outbreak. Things are still getting fixed up and it will resume back to normal. But COMS is worried that something bad will happen before they are ready....
12/22/25 Update 4: It has been quite some time since COMS has been remade and fixed of the works by "The Anomaly." Nothing bad has happened since I think. As COMS has not been used for
a while. There are a bit of strange messages that is for certain though. One of them say: "這是希臘文嗎^？如果是的話，它肯定是在警告什麼。不如弄清楚一下。但如果問題不只一個怎麼辦?.... Which says translated as: "Is this Greek? If so, it's definitely a warning about something. We should try to figure it out. But what if there's more than one problem?"..... Which corresponds to this message: "τι γίνεται αν δεν μπορούμε να το σταματήσουμε;" Which is translated to: "What if we can't stop it?" .....So, it is someone trying to figure out something. I think that we will uncover it very soon. Now COMS has been very quiet right now, hopefully it stays like this at least until COMS is ready. For now, we will try to delete the unsettling messages and keep COMS safe. Hopefully "The Anomaly" won't strike back very soon as well so we can be prepared.
1/12/26 Update 5: It's a new year! There has been a mysterious message in COMS, but its known as :( right now. It is located in the Things You Want To Talk About section and the Important Things section. If you go to the very left side, you can see the message. It states: "12/14/25 Dear Broker, it seems as if this place will never be the same when it began. Hopefully this letter gets to you as it will be a ||||||| thing for the both of us as this message is personal to me. So to begin, I want to say that this ||||| is no |||||| safe for us. Nothing here will |||| us safe ||||| now, || COMS is getting |||||||||. I hope you understand |||| message.
