Definition:Resilience is an internal sturdiness which enables people to recover quickly, to “snap back” from physical illness, change, or misfortune, to endure hardship, to process, and to grow.
Resilience includes appropriate emotional responses o difficulty; It leads to freedom from negative emotions and a growing sense of esteem and adequacy.
Resilience does not determined by outside situations, such as physical health, money abundance, or supportive network.(Dodds, vol2, p.50)
