Efficiency
The layout of the EV station clould be changed to fit more charging stations and have better access points depending on the location of the petrol station being converted

It would be easier to keep the garage relatively similar to its current setup as it is already a functioning petrol station
Conversion
To make it an EV station it will be converted, this means that all the fuel tanks will have to be removed and the wiring will have to be fitted
A conversion wouldn’t require much change in the design as it would just be replacing what’s already there but the conversion could be an opportunity to alter the current setup into something more effective

Electric vehicles are still a new thing and because fuel vehicles are still the main things on the road this means the market for them isn't currently as big as it will become

Just like any other vehicle EVs need power and an electric garage will soon be in high demand as more people get EVs

An EV garage will still have the basic little shop so people can pick up a snack or some basic needs from it whilst getting their power
