What - In this unit, we learned about our strengths through CliftonStrengths, and how these strengths turn into transferable skills. At first, I was weary, because you had to pay to see your top 5 strengths; however, in retrospect, it helped me build my resume. However, it was challenging knowing I struggle with influencing.
