Finally, the last part is a mix of coordination, interaction, and communication. Coordination with the direct team to manage workload and planning. Coordination with the other testing section managers to share information with R&D. Interaction this position will require many exchanges with the other R&D managers, with the Italian manager, with the German management, with the plant management, and with the other support services like the HSE team for example.
And finally, communication, because nothing works without clear and transparent communication.
