Equanimity, Equanimity - Coggle Diagram
Equanimity
Forgiveness: Letting go doesn't mean forgetting, it's more about accepting that everyone is still learning.
Attainment: Previously it was really just achieving some set goals only to meet the expectations. I am learning that attainment could be simply about the process that shaped me along the way instead of the end goal.
Appreciation: I started to pay more attention to these moments especially when we're connecting with one another through our personal stories and I felt a deeper sense of appreciation for the people around me.
Joy: I want to move forward being more intentional about these small acts of joy since most often the smallest gestures are the ones that create the most warmth.
Equanimity
Gratitude: Sometimes I get too busy yearning for things that I do not have but then upon hearing other stories or rethinking about what I have I realize there's so much that I should be grateful for.
Humility: Through the recent achievements, I thought this is a great opportunity for me to train myself to be more humble.
Resilience: How to persevere and how to push through so that I could one day succeed in the goals that I set out to achieve.
Serenity: I noticed a short pause or a break from my daily routines such as a run in the forest as required in the last assignment could help ease my mind and clear some negative thoughts out and start my week fresh.
Harmony: I'm learning to accept that not everyone matches my pace and that harmony grows through understanding and patience, not control.
