Boosts immune system: The antioxidants in tea can help strengthen the immune system and protect against infections.

-
Provides hydration without calories: Pure, unsweetened iced tea is calorie-free and can be a healthy part of a balanced diet.
disavantage

Contains caffeine: Iced tea contains caffeine, which can cause anxiety, restlessness, and disrupted sleep patterns if consumed in excess.
Potential for negative side effects: Consuming too much can lead to headaches, digestive issues, and increased heart rate.
Can interfere with nutrient absorption: The tannins in tea can decrease the body's ability to absorb iron.
customization tips
Flavorings: Add fruit like sliced peaches, berries, or oranges to the pitcher.
Herbs: Infuse the tea with fresh herbs such as basil or lemon thyme during the chilling process for an aromatic twist.

Prevent Cloudiness: Allow the hot-brewed tea to cool to room temperature before placing it in the fridge to help prevent cloudiness.

how to make
methods
cold brew
Combine ingredients: Place tea bags (one per cup of water) or loose-leaf tea in a large pitcher. Add cold, filtered water.
Refrigerate: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, or overnight.
Strain and serve: Remove the tea bags or strain the loose leaves using a fine-mesh sieve. Serve the tea over ice, adding sweetener and garnishes as desired.
hot brew

Steep tea: Remove the pot from the heat and immediately add the tea bags. Let them steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Steeping longer than 5 minutes can result in a bitter taste.
Remove tea bags: Promptly remove the tea bags, squeezing them gently to extract the liquid.
Sweeten (if desired): While the tea concentrate is still hot, stir in your sugar or sweetener until it is completely dissolved.
Dilute and chill: Pour the hot tea mixture into a large pitcher. Add the remaining 3 quarts of cold water and stir to combine.
Refrigerate: Chill the iced tea in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until very cold.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves as desired.
