10 minute Bills
MPs enter a weekly ballot where, if selected they get 10 minutes to outlign their proposed bill after question time.
These Bills rarely receive royal assent- they are often only proposed to raise awareness of an issue.
Presentation Bills
The Bill is proposed to parliament, but the minister is not allowed to speak about it
Therefore, these bills rarely go anywhere
