Why do they matter?
Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and eqgually
People should have enough time and energy to do other meaningfull stuff too, not only work

I try to treat people:
Fairly, people have reasons for how they behave
Equally: Everyone desevers the same change
Honor mine and other people's free time

What are the main backrounnd reasons for a challenging situation and can they be solved?
How to balance fairness, honesty and responsibility?
By remembering that people don't want to make mistakes or fail in something just because they want to do them. Can they be helped?
Of course there can be situations where the wrong person is in wrong role, and some changes have to be made
How to balance words and actions?
Self-reflection. I'm very self critical, so if I make a mistake myself I'm going to asses the situation thoroughly

Listening everyone's side of the situation
Speaking my mind clearly
Giving everyone a fair chance
Carrying responsibility for my own decisions
Not judging peolpe too hastily

High standards must be kept, but within reason
