In Clients portal, in the services section, it should be “Place Your Request”. We have to change wording and make it more clear . Testing people saw that its not good and clear where to place request and how. (2 hrs)
How about currency? This is a platform working with the globe not a specific country. Even in terms, we say things in Lebanese or US dollars. Of course, Lebanese Lira can’t be used anymore. I want the portal whether for client or admin to show prices in different currencies. People in Qatar won’t understand what US dollar amount is, and they won’t come to convert it. The system has to show it to them in their currency as per converting rates ( that may change with time). Conversions have to be automated. (6hrs) - najdi
