1-3 steps:
Creat a profile; Interview leaders;Familiiar with legislation manual and personnel policy manual
4-6 Steps:
Interview random staff; Prepare a spreadsheet listing the values and goals; Evaluate the intentions of leaders and reactions of staff
7-10 Steps: Identify strengths and weaknesses; Submit a written report; Suggest revisiting the crucial area; Store collected data carefully
