The purpose behind the design studio, is to allow students to adopt a SI&AI (See It & Achieve It) mentality while also giving them the ability and knowledge to be able to perform this. Allowing them access to Creativity Avenue to test out their claims and inventions. Junk Bins available to the students to create their various inventions. While giving them a Digital Storytelling space to be able to share what they learned and broaden their knowledge.

Creativity Avenue
A student space to get creative, whether to test out their creations from the Junk Bins or to assemble to invention itself. This is the creative safe space for the students to expand their creative side.
Digital Storytelling Center
A place for students to share their digital learning media, through recording on their chromebooks, tablets, or mobiles. The students can practice their speaking and languages along with other 2nd graders through digital storytelling.
Junk Bins
Junk Bins give the students the ability to demonstrate creativity and cognitive skills to be able to solve problems and utilize creative thinking.
