Growing SRA's Membership & Village Halls Network - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Reach out to village halls/ community spaces and youth audience to encourage more sign ups - consider benefits for this sector (e.g. special sections within the newsletter with events/ funding news).

      - Increase distribution of newsletters to once a month. Rethink format and consider creating special sections on youth & village halls/ community spaces, alongside general news. Opportunity to promote SRA & partner events/ news/ campaigns, best practice/ policy, opportunities.
        Reach out to partners each month and ask for updates, e.g. village halls working group. Feature community hero story?
      - Member meet ups - potential to make these thematic, or just an open forum for discussion? Potential to organise special resilience member meet ups responding to particular issues as they happen, e.g. wild fires and storms (power outage).
    - - Consider regions that are underperforming - e.g. Argyll & Bute is only 11% of the membership, Dumfries & Galloway is only 9%. How do we expand within these areas?
