Might
Might is used to offer suggestions and possibilities, as well as to express requests and offers.
Sentences
Afirmative
My sister might come home for my birthday / mi hermana tal vez pueda venir a casa para mi cumpleaños
Negative
You might not arrive on time / puede ser que no llegues a tiempo.
Interrogative
Might I buy you a drink? / ¿Te puedo invitar un trago?
Should
this verb is used to express advices or suggestion
Afirmative
You should take your medicine / debes tomar tu medicina.

May
This modal verb is used to express possibility and probability.

Ought to
It's not actually used that much since it's a synonym for "should," but it's worth reviewing some examples:

Sometimes it can mean assumptions, but more commonly it refers to needs or commitments.
