What is digestion? it is a change which makes the food soluble and of such chemical nature that it can be absorbed readily throught living membrenes.

Pancreatic Juice:
Produced in the pancreas.
Contains:
Amylopsin (pancreatic amylase): Digests leftover starch into maltose
Trypsin: Acts on proteins and polypeptides into smaller peptides and amino acids. Steapsin: Acts on emulsified fats to split them into fatty acids and glycerol.
