Requirements
Include gas-based halon-substitute oxygen-displacement fire detection
Include fire extinguishing systems
Walls wit a one-hour minimum fire rating
Low temperatures
Little or no lighting
Design to support the optimal operation of the IT infrastructure
Design to block unauthorized human access or intervention
Server rooms should be located at the core of the building
Avoid locating the data center on the ground floor, top floor or basement
Locate the server room away from water, gas and sewage lines

Dumb card: name tag indicating whether you are a valid employee or a visitor
