Method
2) prepare a water bath to 75°
3) add 10 drops of Benedict’s solution to test tube using a pipette
4) Place test tube in water bath using a test tube holder and leave for 5 mins

Method
1) prepare a sample of food and place in a test tube
2) add another equal amount of Biuret reagent to the sample and mix the contents of the tube by gently shaking it

2) add a few drop of iodine solution and gently shake to mix
