I must use a variety of cooking skills such as baking, roasting, boiling, frying, etc. to show technical ability and understanding.

A variety of different dishes showing diversity in skills, ingredients, and food groups.
I must show contrast between dishes e.g. savoury and sweet, hot and cold etc. and use different preparation and cooking techniques.
