Take the medication with the correct dosage and timing according to doctor prescription such as 2 time per day (BD), 3 time per day (TDS), 4 time per day (QID), Immediately (Stat) and when necessary (PRN).
Consume a balance diet based on the food pyramid such as intake of high protein food, carbohydrate food, vegetables and fruits.

Practice a healthy and active lifestyle by doing light exercise such as jogging, walking, yoga and so on for a speedy recovery capabilities.

Do not go to damp public space to avoid breathing fungus environment ,like public showers and lockers.
Pathophysiology

Growth and multiplication: In warm and moist conditions, the fungus starts to grow and multiply.
The fungus produces enzymes (keratinase) that break down keratin (protein in skin, hair, nails) so it can use it as food.
Spread on surface: The infection spreads outward on the skin surface, forming ring-shaped or scaly patches.
