Delimitations (Researcher-Imposed Boundaries)
Feature Exclusion: To manage project complexity and budget, all expensive, high-budget features (e.g., complex third-party API integrations, advanced machine learning for predictive analysis, automated billing/insurance processing) were intentionally excluded from the prototype phase.
Geographical Restriction: The system's immediate testing and compliance efforts are deliberately restricted to the urban setting of Metro Manila. Extrapolation of implementation success to rural areas or other countries is outside the scope of this research.
Legal Compliance Focus: While the system aims for high data security, compliance efforts are limited to local data privacy laws (HIPAA/GDPR equivalents) relevant to the implementation site, and full, legally certified compliance across all international jurisdictions is not covered.
