        maybe it doesnt find injured people and just delivers resources?
        
        so what is the purpose of this rover? to find new victims or to temporarily help already located victims?

      - get help from rescuers
        
        send a signal of the location
        
        will it need to be able to track locations?
        
        maybe would be easier to just pack something for communication in the delivered pack
    - - deliver food or backpacks with resources before help comes?
