- - - - I would choose this option because even if the AI takes information from employee computers a virus would do that anyway. But the AI has terms and conditions and a company must state what it collects in them so you know what the AI is doing but you'll never know what the virus is doing.
        I would say this falls under your Duty to company and employee safety. While an AI could pose a risk of taking data it is meant to help and you can read what it does. While viruses are always malicious and you never know what they will do. So if you had to choose between AI protection or none I think based on your duties you should choose AI.
  - - - I would choose this option.Yes the data uploaded to the AI module has a chance of getting stolen or hacked. But the Ai module also helps you track down where stolen or hacked information got out which I would argue is more important.
        I would use Utilitarianism here to show that storing sensitive data in AI servers has a chance of bad things happening but the good it does in pinpointing leaked information to keep it off the internet is better.
        I know I used Utilitarianism already but I'm kind of running out of ideas
- - - - I would choose this option because the servers have already been hacked once and using this would put the business at risk. You can also use the money saved from this to just hire a firm to analyze the data.
        I think using Consequentialism would make this the ethical choice. Because if you use the AI you have a chance of getting hacked which would make the action unethical. But not using the AI would never have a chance of this happening.
  - - - I would not allow the AI to use my data because there is a chance it is giving out this data to other users when trying to help them. Which could pose a risk for sensitive information to get out there.
- - - - I would choose this because even though it's for a school project it doesn't mean that plagarism isn't a big deal.
        Kant's categorical imperative says to never use a person as just a means, and using someone elses work without permission does this by not giving them a right to allow you, which makes it unethical.
  - - - I would choose this option because according to Virtue Ethics honesty and integrity are part of being ethical and letting your whole group potentially take the fall for your mistake doesn't align with that
        Also even if the professor doesn't know about the AI it still creates larger issues of you and your group mates thinking that misinformation was true, which can cause problems for future assignments.
- - - - I would choose this option because even though it's one mistake this mistake could get someone seriously hurt or in trouble. If it mistakenly identifies criminals, then it probably doesn't correctly identify them either
        Using Utilitarianism I would say this is the more ethical approach as physical, legal, and reputational damage can be caused from the software which causes less good than getting rid of it. Also you could just use keycards instead to keep people out
  - - - I would choose this option becuase while the data collection may be helpful now you never know who is gaining access to that data.
        Using the Rights approach we would want everyone to bring attention to something unwanted happening to us even if it is for our benefit. Because it is taking away our right to choose for that data to be collected or not.
