This study focuses on the development of a mobile and web-based application that provides real-time climate hazard alerts and evacuation route guidance for selected barangays. It aims to assist both residents and local authorities in improving disaster preparedness and response during climate-related hazards such as floods, typhoons, and landslides. The system includes features for monitoring, reporting, and navigation through safe routes. However, the study is limited to pilot testing within selected areas and depends on stable internet, GPS connectivity, and data accuracy from agencies like PAGASA and local disaster offices. External factors such as power interruptions and delayed updates may also affect real-time performance.
