What is the problem?
Being put into a foreign environment with no clue on what the cultural and language styles that happen in Mexico.
Having the language barrier between myself and the employees. On top of that myself and the HR manager having the same barrier.

Also updating the personnel that I am training on what their progress is looking like, being completely transparent
