        I would suggest that Klings view ignores the points mentioned by the APA since it fails to recognize that being of a lower SES means that they are at a disadvantage therefore they are largely unable to give their children a "head start" due to being pushed so far behind
      - Kling claims that charitable organizations should be prioritized over government organizations because they are more "hands-on" therefore they understand the needs of the people they work with more than the government (Kling).
      - Kling argues that people who get money from the government are "getting money in exchange for doing nothing". furthermore, he compares this to stealing money and says that's what criminals do.
