Problem
What is required: I need to be able to communicate with the HR manager and the employees adequately, make sure that all employees are able to understand content, let my boss know of my concerns so they can support me
What is the problem: I have been asked to train the employees at my companies new location in Mexico but the HR manager (main point of contact) only speaks Spanish. I may not know if the employees have full understanding of the content, and I may fall short of my boss's expectations.
