Patients complain of exrtional chest pain
Relieving pain with Rest or Nitroglycerin
Diagnosed with ST segment depression In ECG
Unstable Angina
Called (preinfraction angina)
Occur due to thrombosis with incomplete coronary artery occlusion
pain may not be relieved with nitroglycerin
Diagnosed with ST segment depression and T wave inversion in ECG
Prinzmenral's (Variant) angina
occurs at rest and unrelated to physical activity
It triggers with alchole and smoking
ECG shows ST sgement elevation
Silent Angina
No symptoms
it's often detected through diagnostic tests such as stess test or ECG
MI
STEMI
occurs due to complete blockage of coronary atrery
ECG shows ST sagement elevation
NSTEMI
occurs due to partial blockage of coronary artety
it's doesn't show the same ECG pattern as STEMI
