A trade route used to trade goods across Asia for other goods. The goods included were silk, spices food and other goods.

The SilkRoad was the main point for imperialism, providing important economic trade routes for people to start being a merchant for a living. This road also was the main expansion point for religions to prosper and it further spread power of big nations.

Industrial Revolution
The industrial revolution was brought to us through inventions and ideas which shaped our entire economic perspective.
The industrial revolution impacted our economy even further, by providing new products, transportation ways and helped industries to prosper.
The industrial revolution had its draw backs though. Labor was necessary, but wasn't respected. Lots of industries exploited their workers for their benefit and the divide between the rich and the poor further enlarged.

Capitalism impacted our economic perspective on trades. This economy impacts our innovative ideas, through competition and hard work.
Capitalism is an idea of a fully free market economy, with no government involvement. It consist of an idea that innovation is the peak of economic trade and that hard workers get what they deserve.
Capitalism and the industrial revolution both recognize the idea of full market economy. Both highlight the changes in economy and trade to be for the better, allowing for more efficient transportation and production of goods. But there is no light without darkness, since both sides promoted exploitation of workers and overall divided the rich and poor further and further.
