so here your buliding a neural circuit in your brain to raise early through neuroplasticity
ritual
to make this new habbit a daily ritual just link it a reward because getting the reward can trigger our brain to perform this action/habitdaily
reward
this step is all about setup the rewards so that our habits sticks daily
and this reward could be anything
a desert after lunch, buying book for yourself, having a nap after lunch
repetition
repeat this habit everyday
by repeating this habit slowly and timely your freeing youself from the cravings and temptations of your old self and creating neural pathways for a beautiful and meaningful newself
habit installation protocol
stage2: installation
this is usually said to be a messy phase
here your entire nueral paths are being restructured
in this phase, cortisol the fear hormone is at iys peak and your brain also consumes alot of energy
challenges
cortisal, fear hormone at its peak so you might feel like giving up and stay back in safe space
it feels like messy, but in reality your growing so beautifully
our brain produces alot of negative thoughts so we can give up and stay back on our safe space, so brain my feel drained
remember its all about your rewiring your brain in a very meaningful and beautiful way, since your brain who dont want to undergo this change is just giving you alot of questions
you might feel like everything is falling apart but actually everything is coming together beautifully
installation
all your hardwork, suffering, consistency bravery everything comes together at this stage as new habit
at this phase your habit is being integrated at all the stages psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual level and it becomes you new normal
after completion of this stage you will reach to automatic point
where your new habit is completely installed in your normal human operating system and you dont need any force to implement it, it happens automatically, and it becomes your nature
and at the end of 66 days its marked as a automatic routine
all you need to remember is:

this is how you become undefeatable, unbreakableand true master of your domain
destruction(1st 22 days)
this phase is all about destroying our old ways of operationg
our deeply ingrained habits, traditional ways of performing destroying our old self so that our new self can build
challenges in this phase:
you start feeling like giving up, feels like raising early(or any habit) is just not your type, this habit is not just my type and iam literally wasting my time, is this pain of discomfort is not worthy
reality
the 1st 20 days are supposed to feel like torture
but continue at all costs, things you feel difficult are also the things that are most valuable
remember everything you find easy now are the things you once found hard
