Definition: Feeling capable and effective in your environment.
Question to Ask: “Do I have the skills and feedback I need to improve?”
Real-Life Action: Practicing and using feedback to get better.
RELATEDNESS – The Connection to Community
Definition: Feeling connected, supported, and valued by others.
Question to Ask: “Do I feel safe and recognized among others?”
Real-Life Action: Collaborating with classmates or sharing ideas.
AUTONOMY – The Architect of Your Actions
Definition: Acting by choice and personal values.
Question to Ask: “Am I the originator of this behavior? Does it align with my goals?”
Real-Life Action: Choosing how or when to complete a task.
